Ettitude is an Australian sustainable homeware label offering premium quality, modern, sustainable bedding and sleep accessories. They believe bedding should be healthy, well- made and affordable, as we spend one-third of our lives in bed. All products are made with their exclusive world first 100% Organic Bamboo Lyocell (not cotton or linen blend), in a closed-loop system that recycles and reuses water. The fabric is silky smooth and feathery soft against skin, it is also hypoallergenic, breathable, moisture- wicking, and thermo-regulating making it the healthiest bedding option that’s quite unlike anything else. Launched in 2006, Ettitude is a vertically integrated company that offers luxury homewares that make customers feel good and stay healthy, at an accessible price. They have a strong focus primarily on giving customers what they want: premium bedding that doesn’t keep you up worrying all night because of price or what chemicals are in them. By leveraging technology to create interactive experiences for customers, they are fundamentally changing the way we shop for homewares.
As a socially-responsible label, ettitude intends to provide a comfortable sleep experience while holding to high ethical standards. That is why they have chosen to partner with local charities and give back to deserving causes each month. Ettitude is proud to support One Girl - a charity empowering girls through education. Right now 60 million girls around the world aren't in school, simply because they were born a girl. But ettitude is working to change that. One Girl believes that EVERY girl has the right to an education, no matter where she's born, how much her parents earn, what her culture says, or what religion she adheres to. Every girl has the right to grow, learn and be the best she can be. One Girl is committed to educating 1 million girls across Africa, and Ettitude is excited to contribute to this vision. Together we're changing the world, one girl at a time.

Ettitude sheets are made for everyday use and are able to be washed in a machine. Just make sure you use cold water setting at 30°C max, a gentle cycle or a high water level option if your machine has this feature. Remember to wash your sheets separately because zippers, hooks, rough fabric like denim, can cause pilling and excess abrasion. Mild, liquid detergent works best but if you prefer powder detergent, make sure it has dissolved before adding your bamboo lyocell sheets to the wash. Fabric softener is not necessary with their sheets - they are already soft and will stay that way after washing. Try not to use fabric brightener or whitening detergent with harsh chemicals on your bamboo lyocell sheets. You can try a baking soda and vinegar mixture as a mild ‘bleach’. Start by adding 1/2 cup of baking soda to the wash cycle if machine washing, or at the same time that you add detergent if hand washing. Next, add 1/2 cup of white vinegar during the rinse cycle. These two ingredients help brighten white fabrics. However, it is important to add them during separate cycles and avoid combining them, as this causes a chemical reaction. Please note this method could cause fading on dark colours so use it only with care on light colour or white sheets. You can test the solution first on a hidden area or the bamboo lyocell fabric bag your bedding comes in. You can incorporate natural solutions into your washing routine like baking soda and white vinegar mixture. Chemical-free soap nuts are another popular alternative to traditional detergent.
